Login to The Forum Portal

To access member only prices and other benefits please ensure you log in to the portal. The Forum will not be liable where non-member prices are paid unintentionally. 

Please see instructions below for HOW TO: 

Login To the new forum portal (for those that have used the previous portal)

1. Set Your Password: On The Forum website, click “Login” in the right-hand corner. Use the “Forgot your password” link to create a new password. The username will be your email address. 
2. Log in: Once you have set the password, log in to the Forum portal.  
3. Update your profile: 

• Click “Edit this profile” (Top blue toolbar) 
• Use the left side menu to navigate the sections. 
• Pay special attention to the “Update Your Preferences.” section.  

Forum membership is institutional, this means that all staff, administrators, and faculty at the member institution/organization can access the benefits via their own individual member portal. Shared login within the same office or organization is not allowed. 

To ensure you receive member rates on event, please login to the portal before purchase. You may register multiple individuals from your institution at once, but you must be logged in.

If your institution is a member and you have never had a Forum account, please contact your institution's Main Contact (Formerly Institutional Representative). They have permission to add you to the membership. If you do not know who your Forum Main Contact is, please email us at [email protected] and we will send you this information. 

After the main contact adds you under the membership, The Forum team will review the submission and email instructions to set up your account and password. Please allow up to 1-2 business days.  

1. Follow prompts in the email.  
2. Once you have set your password, log in to the Forum portal.  
3. Update your profile  

• Edit this profile (Top blue toolbar) 
• Use the left side menu to navigate the different sections. 
• Pay special attention to the “Update Your Preferences.”

If you logged in to The Forum's portal (new or old) while employed by at a previous institution, and you wish to reset your portal under another institution, please email us at [email protected] and include your email addresses from both institutions.

​The Forum Team will make the update in the system, and you will receive instructions to reset your login and password shortly after (approximately up to 1-2 business days).
