"This course allowed me to add to my skillset to be able to pursue passion projects that align with our DEI initiatives more effectively. I would also say that it informed me in new ways how to holistically work with various types of students when assisting them on choosing their study away experience. There is work to be done in the International Education world that I feel more confident in taking on as we progress to make the field more equitable".
