​The Forum invites institutions and organizations to host our virtual or in-person workshops. Forum workshops are engaging, interactive, and designed for attendees to apply their new learning in real time. Facilitated by expert colleagues who are active practitioners in the field, Forum workshops allow participants to enjoy dedicated space for dialogue and sharing of ideas and best practices.

Available Modalities

In Person: Ideal for large groups, such as team development or faculty leader orientations. Also ideal in association with events like consortium meetings or regional conferences.  

Cost

Starting budget of $3,000, plus travel and accommodation for facilitator(s) for in-person workshops. Scalable discounts available. ​

Workshop host must:

• Secure minimum of 10 participants* (Participants must be confirmed at least 2 weeks prior to an in-person workshop and 1 week prior to a virtual workshop) 
• In person events 
• Travel and accommodation for a Forum-trained Facilitator(s) (as required) 
• Classroom space with access to audio/visual equipment 
• Access to guest wi-fi for presenter(s)  

The Forum will provide:

• Media kit to promote the event to relevant stakeholders
• Forum-trained facilitator(s)
• Workshop content and handouts
• Pricing to meet your budget needs

Request & Review Process

• ​Complete the workshop request form.
• The Forum’s Leaning & Development Team will review requests and schedule a meeting with requesters.  
• The Forum team will consider proposals that are likely to meet minimum enrollment and budget expectations.  
• Approved proposals will be asked to complete a contract outlining the details of the workshop, minimum participation requirement, cancellation timeline, and fees.  
• We reserve the right to deny requests that don’t align with the organization’s mission, goals, or event requirements.  
• The Forum also reserves the right to cancel any workshop 30 days prior to the event if the 10-person minimum is not met.
