The Forum's Teaching and Learning Toolbox hosted by Frontiers: The Interdisciplinary Journal of Study Abroad, is a curated, open-access collection of education abroad program models and case studies available to faculty scholar-practitioners and administrators who support program development and implementation. Each entry represents a critical reflection on an education abroad course or program and highlights innovative and evidence-based practices from across the globe and our field, including finalists and winners of The Forum's Award for Excellence in Education Abroad Curriculum Design.

The HubICL Intercultural Toolbox originally developed by the Center on Intercultural Learning, Mentoring, Assessment and Research (CILMAR) and now maintained by The Forum on Education Abroad offers a free, open access searchable repository of activities and assignments that educators can draw upon as well as contribute to. The HubICL also includes sample syllabi.

The Campus Compact Syllabi Library provides sample syllabi and activities for those designing community engaged learning programs in global contexts.

The Interdependence & Local Actions Toolkit was developed by members of the Community Based Global Learning Collaborative and provides a range of activities, assignments and readings to support learners in their intercultural development and praxis journeys.

The Guidelines, a supplement to the Standards of Good Practice for Education Abroad, offer detailed guidance for specific program types or facets of education abroad programming.
