The Forum on Education Abroad is pleased to offer a range of sponsorship opportunities in support of our Regional Seminars. These events are excellent opportunities to increase visibility and make connections in focused geographical areas.

Regional Seminars Currently Available

General sponsorship Info

1. Membership is required to sponsor a Forum event. 
2. All sponsorships will be secured on a first-come, first-served basis via the online reservation form. (Note: No sponsorship reservations or requests will be taken over phone or by email.) 
3. All logos should be sent to The Forum within 2 weeks of securing sponsorship. 
4. All other files for the conference should be supplied to The Forum ASAP, but at least 4 weeks prior to the event. 
5. The Forum reserves the right to decline requests to sponsor or exhibit. 
6. Each Forum Regional Seminar follows a slightly different format. As such, sponsorship for a particular event may differ slightly from what is displayed herewith. The items mentioned are typical of the visibility The Forum aims to give each sponsor, and where a specific item is not available or applicable The Forum will replace it with a comparable item. 
7. We are also open to customized sponsorship opportunities. Please fill out the form above.  

how to reserve

Sponsorship opportunities must be secured through our online reservation form, which automates the entire process for your convenience. Opportunities are claimed on a first come, first served basis, but must be confirmed with a non-refundable payment within 7 days of invoice. 

​If a limited volume item you are looking for is not present in the form, it has been reserved. We encourage you to consider other options if your first choice is no longer available. 

If invoices remain unpaid or a request is declined by The Forum, the items may be released and made available again for sponsorship.

CancelLation

Cancellations and requests for refunds for any dponsorship items must be made in writing to [email protected].

Upon written request, refunds for withdrawal of sponsorships will be made based on this schedule:

• Up to 90 days pre event: 50%
• 89 days and under pre event: No refund

Refunds will not be issued for the conference sponsorships that include customized items once the customized items have been produced.
