7th Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA) Conference

​The Europe, Middle East, and Africa (EMEA) Conference unites three continents that meet around the Mediterranean Sea, in a geographic region with a long and complex history of mobility and migration. Join us in Athens, Greece, from October 16-18, 2024, when we will create a space for shared dialogue to explore the pressing issues shaping the future of international education in this region.

This multi-day event hosted by College Year in Athens is an excellent opportunity for open dialogue and upskilling for on-site staff and education abroad institutions and organizations from around the globe.

In 2024, EMEA will again be held in conjunction with The Forum’s Careers, Internships & Global Learning (CIGL) Conference.

Early bird registration fees are effective: Opening to July 12, 2024
Regular registration fees are effective: July 13, 2024 to September 20, 2024
Late registration fees are effective: September 21, 2024 to October 11, 2024 
On site registration fees: October 13 to 18, 2024 ​

EMEA Refund / Cancellation Policy 
 Registration fees may be refundable following the below schedule:

• Refund requested before July 12, 2024 = 90% refund 
• Refund requested between July 13, 2024 and September 20, 2024 = 50% refund

No refunds will be issued for cancellations received starting September 21 and after.
