The Forum conference is a distinctive event, where leaders gather to consider the most important issues impacting the field.  Participants engage in thought-provoking dialogue, promoting a vibrant and collegial exchange of ideas.  It is the ideal venue for effective networking.

 

The Forum offers a limited number of sponsorship, exhibitor, and advertising opportunities as a service to our attendees. To take advantage of these opportunities, your organization MUST BE AN INSTITUTIONAL OR AFFLIATE MEMBER OF THE FORUM. We are grateful to our past sponsors and look forward to welcoming new ones.  Please note that Forum members can select JUST ONE ITEM from Group ONE and/or unlimited items from Group TWO.  The reservation process for securing sponsorship opportunities (including an exhibit table) is automated and can be accessed by visiting http://www.regonline.com/forum2012sponsors All logos should be sent to the Forum by January 16, 2012.

 

All sponsors and exhibitors will be recognized in the conference brochure and program and on the Forum web site, providing maximum exposure.  Please note that items in Group One that are in orange are still available for sponsorship.

Exhibitors

In Denver, the Exhibit Hall will take place on Thursday, March 22, 2012 in the Plaza Exhibit (Plaza Building, Concourse Level). Continental breakfast, portable lunch and coffee breaks that day will take place in the exhibitor space ensuring a high level of traffic.  94% of conference attendees visited the 2011 Boston Conference Exhibit Hall.  Space is limited and available on a first come-first served basis.  

As of February 2, 2012, the Exhibit Hall is full; there are no more exhibit tables available.

Includes ONE COMPLIMENTARY conference registration ($475 value) and 10x10 foot exhibit area which includes a 6 ft. skirted table, a tablecloth and two chairs.

WiFi access is additional $40 fee.                         

Exhibitors may choose to have additional staff member(s) present in Exhibit Hall THURSDAY ONLY for $95/person.

$500 each Sponsor's name is listed in the conference program. Travel grant awardees are sent an email a few weeks prior to conference indicating who has sponsored the travel grants. Ten travel grant sponsorships available.

Reserve as soon as possible – opportunities are claimed on a first come, first serve basis.  The reservation process for securing sponsorship opportunities is automated and can be accessed by visiting http://www.regonline.com/forum2012sponsors.  Please contact Jen Brown, Associate Director for Conference and Events, with any questions at 717-245-1718 or via email. Invoices will be sent upon reservation for a 10% deposit (required on all items over $1,500) or the full amount.
