**The Graduate Student fee has been established as a means to provide full-time graduate students, who are not gainfully employed full-time, access to the Forum's Annual Conference. The Forum kindly requests that only FT graduate students who are not employed FT utilize this registration.
REGISTRATION IS OPEN.
Early bird registration fees are effective October 17, 2011- January 20, 2012;
Regular registration fees are effective January 21, 2012 - February 24, 2012;
Late registration fees are effective February 25, 2011 - March 21, 2012.
A special group rate and online group registration is available for members only. Please contact the Forum office for further information, 717-245-1031.
CHANGING A REGISTRATION
After completing registration, please request any changes (for example: adding a pre-conference workshop, attending the Standards Institute, or changing contact information) by emailing them to: forumeaconference@dickinson.edu
REFUND POLICY
Requests for refunds must be made in writing to info@forumea.org. The credit card used to pay will be refunded if the refund is requested within 60 days of payment. After 60 days, a refund check will be issued.
REFUND SCHEDULE
Upon written request (via email to: info@forumea.org), refunds for withdrawal from the full conference will be made based on this schedule:
- Requests made before February 26, 2012: Registration and workshop fees will be refunded minus a 10 % service fee.
- Requests made from February 27, 2012 to March 23, 2012: Registration and workshop fees will be refunded 50%.
- After March 30, 2012: No refunds will be made.
