Hotel Update: Monday, February 20, 2012

Thanks to the overwhelming response from Forum Conference participants, all rooms available at the Sheraton Denver Downtown Hotel at the Forum rate have been reserved since room reservations opened in September 2011 (the deadline to reserve a room at the Forum rate was Sunday, February 19).  The Sheraton Denver Downtown does have some rooms available at rates beginning at $219+tax/night.  We have not yet been able to identify a comparable rate at another hotel. We will post any information as soon as it becomes available. In the meantime, conference attendees should explore other hotel options.

The conference will be held at the Sheraton Denver Downtown Hotel, 1550 Court Street, along 16th Street Pedestrian Mall. It boasts 1,250 guest rooms and the hotel offers eight distinct restaurants and lounges. 

 

The Forum conference rate at the Sheraton Denver Downtown Hotel is $189 + tax /night for a standard guest room and $265 + tax/night for a Towers room.  You may call the Sheraton Denver Downtown Hotel directly to make room reservations at 800-325-3535 or (303) 893-3333.  You may also make hotel reservations directly on-line by visiting the hotel's reservation web page.  The deadline to make reservations at the Forum conference rate was Sunday, February 19, 2012. 

 

Please note that all conference participants that reserve a room at the Sheraton Denver Hotel at the Forum conference rate will also receive free internet access in their guest room from Tuesday, March 20 through Sunday, March 25.
