This category is for U.S. colleges and universities, as well as systems and consortia, that offer students education abroad opportunities, whether managed by the institution itself or other entities. Students from other institutions must comprise no more than 30% of total enrolled in education abroad programs. If more than 30% of enrolled students are from other institutions, the institution falls into the 'Provider' category (see below).

Fee for Additional Associate Members: Any institutional member can add associates. $77 is the basic fee, $153 if they want to receive publications and mailings.
Affiliate Membership
This category is for membership associations, non-profit organizations, businesses, or other entities that do not administer education abroad opportunities for students.

Individual Membership
This category is for Individuals without a professional institutional or business affiliation, or individuals whose membership is not financially supported by their organization. Annual dues are $153.
Joining Throughout the Year
The Forum membership year runs from July 1 to June 30. Upon joining, all new members pay the amount of one full year of membership dues.
Institutional members who join after October 1 and before March 30 will receive a credit - prorated for each quarter that the member did not belong - applied to the following year’s dues. Credits will be applied as follows:
October 1 - December 31: 25% credit
January 1 - March 30: 50% credit
April 1 - June 30: Institutional members who join after April 1 will be provided a free trial membership for the remainder of the membership year.
Affiliate and individual members do not receive credit toward the next year’s dues, regardless of when they join.
