Deadlines
November 1, 2007: Registration for conference begins
February 1, 2008: Early bird registration ends for full-conference
March 1, 2008: Early bird registration ends for one-day rate
March 25, 2008: Online registration closes at 5pm EST
Refund Policy
Requests for refunds must be made in writing to info@forumea.org.
Refund Schedule
Requests made before March 21, 2008: Registration, workshop, and meal fees will be refunded minus a 10 % service fee.
Requests made from March 21, 2008 to April 18, 2008: Registration fees will be refunded 50%. Workshop fees minus 10 % will be credited to the Forum account.
After April 18, 2008: No refunds will be made.
The credit card used to pay will be refunded if the refund is requested within 60 days of payment. After 60 days, a refund check will be issued.
